June Regents Per-Session Opportunities
Scoring Site Management Team Selection: If your school is administering the June Regents, your performance and assessment lead (PAL) will contact you in the next several weeks if a teacher or administrator from your school has been nominated to serve in a site-management team (SMT) role (i.e., organizational team lead, ATS specialist, or content trainer), at a Regents-scoring site. Your PAL will ask you to confirm the nominee's qualifications and availability for training and scoring during the school day.
Per-Session Opportunities for School Staff: Note that Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Chemistry, Living Environment, Physics, Earth Science, ELA, US History, Global History (transition framework and new framework), Spanish LOTE, Chinese LOTE, French LOTE, Italian LOTE, and Korean LOTE will be scored partially or entirely through per-session opportunities that will be funded and managed by the DOE. Interested teachers and supervisors may apply for per-session positions at Regents-scoring sites beginning 6:00 p.m., on March 20 through April 17. Please share this information with all eligible staff members at your school.

NYS Grades 3-8 Common Core ELA and Math Student Participation and Accoommodation Guides
- Last year, the New York State Education Department (NYSED) released the Policy and Tools Guide for Testing Accommodations for Students with Disabilities. You should review and share the guide with your test coordinator and teachers to ensure that you provide students with proper accommodations, if applicable.
- For questions regarding student participation for NYS grades 3–8 ELA and math exams, refer to this 2019 School Guide. You can share this 2019 Parent Guide with families who have questions about student participation; the parent guide, along with the translated versions (Urdu, Bengali, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, Korean, French, Haitian Creole, and Chinese), can also be accessed on the Testing page.
