Regents Prep Posting
Dear TAPCo. Community Member..
Dear TAPCo Community Member:
1. Copiers in the teacher room. I poked my head in the door at 6:45 this morning to be informed by Ms. Anna that one of the copiers is not working. Henceforth, please email Annie and Christina (our purchasing secretary) that there is an issue and cc me. I should not be learning that a piece of equipment that you require is not working by making an inquiry. It’s not acceptable that you experience frustration that goes nowhere. Please let’s all work together on this. If something is missing or broken, email Annie and Christina and cc me. I will have Annie call the company to see how much it would cost to lease an additional machine. Is one additional machine enough? Please email Annie.
2. Paper. Paper will be stocked in the teacher’s lounge for you to use by Ruben every day before he leaves. Please do not hoard paper. There is no need. It will be waiting for you every morning in the teacher’s lounge.
3. Keys. Every staff member should have keys to any area that they need to access on a regular basis.
a. Everyone must check that their door locks and keep it locked. Please stop by Annie’s desk and sign a sheet attesting to the fact that you have checked your door and that it locks. If you need a key and/or it doesn’t lock- you must let me know via email.
b. Please do not make copies or give your keys to students to open the bathroom or for any other reason.
4. Supplies and Books.
a. Supplies are secured by writing a request in notebook on Kecia’s desk. Ruben will deliver your supplies. No supplies are to be taken directly out of the store room. If there is an unusual delay in your receiving supplies (more than a day or two) and/or books, please email Kecia and Christina and cc me. When books arrive that you have requested by emailing Christina, you will be notified via a note left in your mailbox. NO BOOKS ARE TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THE MAIN OFFICE OR THE HIGH SCHOOL OR MIDDLE SCHOOL BOOK ROOMS WITHOUT SIGNING THEM OUT. All books are stamped and inventoried. All textbooks will be collected at the end of the school year.
5. Technology. Please do not take any technology or furniture directly from the main office unless it is given to you by Kecia or Ruben.

Advocacy Master List
Thank you to everyone that made contact with Mr. Colon over the week, especially if you had any confusions about advocacy. Mr. Colon added the list on the attachment that was sent to him. He is requesting that everyone else on the staff please update your roster on this list and email it to him. Tomorrow, he will be placing this list on the lunch room walls, and all open spots will be manually taken on a first come first serve basis by students. Thank you and I appreciate your time.
ALL AFTER-SCHOOL ACTIVITIES ARE CANCELLED ON WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 21ST!
