Distribution of Teacher's Choice Funds
The process by which eligible school staff members receive Teacher’s Choice funds has changed. Last year’s Teacher’s Choice funds were issued as a direct deposit on a non-payday or as a debit card. This year’s Teacher’s Choice funds will be issued to eligible school staff in their paycheck for November 29; these funds are not taxed. Eligible staff who receive these funds are required to spend them on qualifying educational materials (see “Using Teacher’s Choice Funds” on page 3) by February 28 and to submit original receipts by March 3. Please be reminded of these guidelines and participant's responsibilities, which are posted on the Teacher’s Choice website.
For upcoming deadlines regarding the program, you may opt to review the Teacher’s Choice calendar. Additional details, including updated guidelines, FAQs, and forms pertaining to the program, are posted on theTeacher’s Choice website. For questions, contact email@example.com or 718-935-4000.
