For information regarding the implementation of this agreement for school-based staff, review this memorandum.
PunctualityIt is expected that you are present in your assigned classroom(s) from the beginning of the period until the end of the period. Especially if you are pushing-in with a fellow colleague to offer services, you may not leave the classroom to tend to other matters. It is your professional responsibilty and obligation to the students that take precedence.
Personal matters, and/or school related matters that you feel supersede your assignment can wait until your prep and/or lunch. It has been brought to my attention that some of you have been showing up late, and/or leaving early from your assignment(s). This is unacceptable, and if it continues may lead to disciplinary action, and/or adjustments of your attendance record. |
Influenza AlertThe State Health Department has declared a public health emergency due to the severity of this year’s flu season. For common-sense steps to reduce illness, see this letter.
