FREE Common Core PDCommon Core is coming – are you ready for it?
We’ve got a great opportunity for you to get your questions answered, and get some great resources to help you prepare. We’ve partnered with Common Core experts Student Achievement Partners (SAP) to provide a day of learning for NYC teachers who are preparing for the big shift to the new standards. Teachers will enjoy sessions with SAP's experts in math or literacy, look at the history, design, and purpose of the CCSS, have one-on-one conversations with stakeholders involved in CCSS implementation in New York, and workshop how teachers can make the shift a big success. What: Mastering the Common Core Who: Educators 4 Excellence & Student Achievement Partners When: Saturday April 27th 9:00am - 3:00pm (breakfast & lunch provided) Where: Baruch College How much: FREE How do I apply: Visit bit.ly/E4ECCSS to complete the short form This is an unprecedented day of learning for Educators 4 Excellence members and the big day is quickly approaching - so get your application in ASAP.
