Pic Of The Week
Please be reminded that accurate attendance is critical to our community effort to hold our students accountable, as well as, to verify their presence should a parent call for an emergency or otherwise.
In the past, TAPCo was cited for irregular attendance procedures.
PLEASE make the required effort to make sure your attendance taking is accurate and timely.
Towards this end:
1. Period Attendance Folders- Must be delivered to the main office by 9:30 am every school day.
2. Red Attendance Folders- Must be delivered to the main office by 3:00 pm every school day.
Please note that you must take attendance every day. Please don’t bubble in for the entire week.
I cannot overemphasize how important accurate attendance is to the success of our school.
Please stay on top of this so administration does not have to utilize disciplinary measures. It’s difficult for me to type that sentence because I have such respect for you as our teachers.
Please take accurate attendance and follow the directives above.
